Rodent Control

Warehouse rodent proofing

A stock warehouse near agricultural transport routes reduced rodent sightings through bait station mapping, proofing, and better pallet spacing.

BeforeAfter

A stock warehouse near agricultural transport routes reduced rodent sightings through bait station mapping, proofing, and better pallet spacing.

The warehouse experienced regular rodent sightings near loading areas and lower rack zones, particularly after rainy periods. Bags, loose packaging, and refuse handling gaps were helping activity persist even after ad-hoc baiting.

Our team mapped the site, installed secure monitoring points, and highlighted several proofing failures around roller doors and service penetrations. The client also improved pallet spacing, waste segregation, and clear checking access.

Over the revisit cycle, sightings became less frequent and trend notes showed reduced activity in the highest-risk zones. The site kept the reporting structure in place so future spikes could be addressed early.
